Terms & Conditions of Services

Background:

The Client acknowledges the Contractor's expertise in providing services and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

 

Services Provided:

Engagement for general plumbing, repairs, and appliance installation. Additional tasks may be agreed upon.

 

Transparency and Trust:

While we do not hold official licensing, we bring years of valuable experience to our services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and permit us to perform the tasks, trusting in our expertise. Although lacking official qualifications, we assure you that our work is carried out in good faith and morals. We are committed to executing services with efficiency, effectiveness, longevity, and affordability, prioritizing your satisfaction and trust in every aspect of our work.

Hold Harmless:

Client indemnifies Precise Solution Services LLC from costs arising due to failure. Contractor not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

 

Photographic Documentation:

Contractor technicians may take photos of their work for advertising purposes on websites.

 

Term of Agreement:

Begins on the agreement date, ends upon service completion, extendable with written consent. Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance.

 

Performance:

Parties commit to ensuring Agreement terms take effect.

 

Currency:

All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated.

 

Compensation:

Flat fee of $_______. Invoiced upon service completion. Due upon receipt. Pro rata payment if terminated with no breach.

 

Reimbursement of Expenses:

Contractor reimbursed for approved expenses.

 

Interest on Late Payment:

2.00% interest on overdue amounts, or the maximum enforceable rate, whichever is lower.

 

Confidentiality:

Obligation to keep Confidential Information confidential during the Term.

 

Return of Property:

Upon termination, Contractor returns Client's property. Compensation or recovery may be agreed upon.

 

Capacity/Independent Contractor:

Contractor may engage subcontractors at their discretion. Subcontractors are considered agents.

 

Autonomy:

Contractor has control over working time, methods, and decisions. Works autonomously but responsive to Client's needs.

 

Equipment:

Contractor provides necessary tools and equipment at their expense.

 

No Exclusivity:

Non-exclusive agreement allows either party to engage third parties for similar services.

 

Severability:

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain valid.

 

Warranty:

14-day guarantee on service workmanship. Excludes natural material changes, vandalism, voluntary/involuntary damage, and normal wear and tear. Repairs may be charged if damage not due to service error.
